Cast bronze button dating to the Post-Medieval period, (1500-1700). It is circular in plan with a sub-oval attachment loop on the reverse. The button is decorated with a central pimple and wavy lines which radiate out from the centre. The reverse is flat and has an integral attachment loop. It has a mid brown/green patina. A similar example is fig. 7.8, p23 Bailey, (2004).

Cast pewter button dating from the 14th to 15th century. It is circular in plan and sub-circular in cross-section. The button is decorated with a spoked wheel design with a raised central circular pellet in the centre. The remains of the attachment loop can be seen on the reverse. It has a mid-grey patina. Similar buttons can be found on p17, Bailey, (2004).

Cast copper alloy button dating to the Post-Medieval period. The object is circular in plan and conical in shape. It is decorated with four raised borders and a raised central circular boss. The remains of an iron attachment loop can be seen on the reverse. It has a mid green patina and is in good condition. The object can be dated to the 17th century.
