A late Neolithic or early Bronze Age flint scraper. The object is sub-oval in plan. Conchoidal ripple marks are visible along both the dorsal and ventral face. An angled striking platform is visible above a large bulb of percussion indicating a hard hammer was used when striking the flint. Along the rounded edge is long scaled and abrupt retouch. The cortex remains on the opposite edge of the object.

A flint waste flake dating to the Neolithic or early Bronze Age. The edge damage seems to be post-depositional and not deliberate working. It shows evidence of scars from several directions implying it is from a process of carefully shaping something larger, possibly a flint core or possibly an implement, rather than being removed in its own right as a blank for a tool. This is a pretty typical local boulder clay origin flint. Dating is very difficult but the lack of blade characteristics might just marginally push this into a Neolithic or early Bronze Age date (4th to early 2nd millen…

Flint flake with bulb and platform intact. It is a pointed oval in plan. Fine working or at least utilisation along the lower edge that might suggest a sawing or cutting function and just possibly part of the upper edge also. It probably dates to late Neolithic or early Bronze Age. The centuries around the later 3rd millennium BC might be most likely. It is light brown in colour.
