Two cut pieces of silver bar, consistent with Viking arm-rings of the late 9th and 10th centuries, possibly cut as hack-silver for use in a bullion economy. Item1 is slightly curved in plan and has a trapezoidal cross section. It has been cut both ends. The lower, largest edge has an incised line through the centre of the length, dividing the bar into two fields. The uppermost field has a very precisely drawn six-pointed star formed of three crossed lines. A fragment of a clay pipe stem of late 17th century date. The stem has a faint maker's mark which has been identified as that of William Pearce of Marlborough, Wiltshire, who was operating c. AD 1690. The mark is partly contained in a cartouche with tapering point at the base with two pellets or stars either side of the point. The upper portion of the mark is unclear. The mark reads WIL[L] PEARC[E]. The clay pipe fragment was found in a garden on land previously used as an orchard. A complete half of a Medieval copper-alloy two-piece swivel fitting (c. 1200-c. 1400). This is the female half of the fitting. The male component may have been a frame of similar shape or possibly a hook for suspension (see YORYM-910FAE). The base is decorated with vertical incised lines. The terminal is perforated to accommodate the missing male component.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman Hod Hill style brooch, dating from c. AD 43-65. The fragment comprises the head of the brooch and the upper section of the bow, which has ribbed linear decoration arranged vertically down its surviving length. At the head of the brooch the arms are rolled to form a cylinder through which an axis bar holds the remains of the hinged pin.
