An incomplete copper-alloy ring-key, dating from the Roman period. The hoop of the ring is incomplete; the remaining part is flat, broad and thin. It is decorated by incised diagonal lines and a band of cross-hatching to one side. The stem and bit are set at a right-angle to the hoop, meaning that the ring would have to have been taken off the finger in order to use the key. The stem is of oval section and has a hollow tip. A late Iron Age toggle. The fastener has been cast in copper alloy and has a solid double-boss head and heavy ring-loop. Only the double boss part of the fitting survives as the loop has broken off, leaving behind a small worn stump on the flat reverse of the bosses. The double-boss head consists of two parallel identical joining circular bosses each with a rounded front face and a flat back. A fragment of cast copper alloy of uncertain date. Given its shape it is felt that the fragment could be a crude form of caltorp, with three uneven spikes pointed up when the fragment lies flat. The fragment is 31.3mm long, 16.1mm wide, 6.1mm thick and weighs 12.9 grams.

An incomplete Roman, two piece Colchester brooch. Cast from copper alloy. The remaining spring mechanism consists of an external lug project from the top of the head and two coils of the spring on the right hand side of the head. The rest of the spring appears to have been broken off prior to deposition. The external cord and pin are missing.
