Sheet gold strip that has been rolled into a cylinder, the edges are overlap with a slight gap. Below the gap in the middle of the body is an off centre hole 0.6mm in diameter. The outside edge is decorated with a series of transverse incised bands that cover the whole surface.

The ring bears decorative, narrow, stripes of yellow and paler gold; the stripes are still, clearly, visible on both, exterior, sides and the interior circumference, though are heavily worn on the outer circumference. Gold ornament, probably a bead. The thin sheet of gold had been rolled into a cylindrical shape but has now been unfortunately crushed. It is decorated with sixteen transverse embossed grooves. There is a brown substance, probably soil, inside the crushed ornament. The probable bead is very rare for Britain and Ireland though a necklace of similar beads from Ireland is in the British Museum (BM 1853,0926.2). A flat beaten gold D-shaped fragment. The shiny light yellow surfaces are scratched on both sides. In cross section the straight edge shows half the thickness as having been cut sharply and the other half displays the rough bubbles. The curved edge shows the metal to have been beaten and polished. Discussion It appears that this light gold object indicates was attached to another piece of metal. Otherwise there are no diagnostic features that could provide a date.

Two middle Bronze Age ribbon torcs. Description 1. A gold ribbon torc with hooks at both ends which has been folded and bent in eight places. A narrow thicker section of un-hammered wire has been left in the centre of the torc and at both ends. The latter narrow lengths have been folded back on themselves to form the simple hook fasteners. A gold object, probably a distorted finger ring of uncertain date. Curator's report: A strip of bright yellow pitted gold that has been bent six times forming three rough (un-unintended) loops. The edges of some sections appear to have been worked, being slightly rounded. Discussion: This strip of gold is long enough to have fitted round a small finger but there are no diagnostic features that could provide a date. Solid gold penannular bracelet with slightly expanded terminals. Bracelet is light gold in colour, whole and undecorated. The terminals have been flattened, producing a small rim.
