A cut silver halfpenny of Henry III dating from 1251-72. The coin is of type 5b(1) or 5b(2), unfortunately the crown is worn at the edges rendering it impossible to tell which of the two types this coin is. It was minted by Nicole who minted coins of each type at either London or Canterbury (North, 1994, 227, nos. 991/1 & 991/2).
