Five sherds of Roman samien ware dating c. 43-250 AD. The group consists one base sherd (preserved in fresh condition with a reddish slip), three abraded body sherds (one of which demonstrates abraded 'feathered' moulded decoration) and one very abraded rim sherd. All the latter retain only small amounts of their original covering slip. Combined weight: 14g.
