An incomplete cast copper alloy toilet article of probably Post-medieval date. The artefact is complete with a suspension loop, it is "sickle" shaped in plan and broadly rectangular in cross section. The artefact thickens at the centre of the curve before tapering to a slightly bent curved tip. It is suggested in crummy (1995 p. 61) that the artefact is a toothpick of Post-medieval date, post 17th century.
The artefact is 46.55mm in length, 15.0mm wide, 8.85mm thick at the loop, 1.35mm thick at the centre and 1.8 grams.
