A complete silver early medieval hooked tag. It has a triangular plate with a tri-lobed rear edge, each lobe pierced with a circular hole for fastening. The plate is plain, barring three incised parallel lines making the junction between plate and hook. The back is also plain. All surfaces are slightly worn with no evidence of having featured decoration.

A complete Early medieval Thor's hammer silver pendant with gold insets, dating to late 9th-10th century AD. The pendant is an example of a growing number of amulets found in England representing Mjölnir, the hammer of the Norse god Thor. A complete silver finger ring of uncertain date. The hoop is polygonal in plan with eight external facets (octagonal). In section, the hoop is rectangular. The ring is undecorated. The ring is very thin (see dimensions below).

Discussion and Date: The ring was originally suspected to be Roman in date (c. AD 200-410, Henig type IX) ) but it was brought to the British Museum where the curator of Romano-British collections viewed it and discounted it as being from this period.

A hoard of Roman copper-alloy vessels consisting of a symmetrical flanged bowl strainer, a Bassin Uni, a carinated basin with a foot ring and an Irchester bowl. The vessels were part of a structured Roman deposit with each vessel nestled within another and all contained within the Irchester bowl. The vessels are fragmentary and fragile, the carinated basin and Irchester bowl are in multiple pieces and the bases of the Irchester bowl, cauldron and the Bassin Uni have become detached.

An incomplete copper-alloy Middle Bronze Age palstave mould consisting of one half of the mould dating to the period c.1500-1300 BC. The mould varies in thickness it is 9.9mm thick at the funnel, the walls are 13.4mm wide at the loop and the walls taper in width to a minimum width of 6.85mm at the blade.

A complete cast copper alloy Roman finger-ring key dating to c AD 250-300 (Guiraud type 5), in excellent condition. The hoop is D shaped and becomes flat (the bezel) at the point where it joins the bit so that it would have lain flat across the finger. The bit comprises a cyclindrical shank with a squared off S-shape extending from it at right angles. There are 4 small incisions along the opposing edge to the shank. The diameter of the hoop is 21.1mm, the length of bezel and bit is 19.3mm and its width 19.7mm. The finger ring key weighs 9.69 grams.

A silver post-medieval seal matrix, dating to the late 17th to 18th century. The seal matrix has a conical handle (hexagonally faceted) which terminates in an openwork trefoil terminal with three inverted drop-shaped apertures. On top of this terminal is a small, rounded knop.
The base of the seal matrix is oval, and features a shield divided into quarters, surrounded on either side by foliage and topped by a helm out of which sprout five ostrich plumes. An early medieval cast copper-alloy strap-end with silver rivets. It is sub-rectangular and elongated in form, with a snub-nosed zoomorphic terminal and an expanded split attachment end with two rounded lobes. The lobes are pierced for attachment and contain two silver dome-headed rivets. An incomplete ceramic Crockerton ware chafing dish dating to the 17th or 18th century. The fabric has a powdery feel and is decorated with a glaze internally. Around two thirds of the chafing dish survives including the handle.
The majority of the rim of the chafing dish is missing, only a fragment adjacent to the handle survives. The centre of the dish has a raised dome pierced with six perforations. Five perforations are visible on the main body of the chafing dish.
The dish tapers then expands towards the base. The base has three triangular cut apertures located above the foot.

An incomplete silver early-medieval penny of Edward the Confessor modified into a pendant and gilded. The penny is the pointed helmet type (North 825[1]), and was struck by the moneyer Beorhtwine at the Wallingford mint. It is datable to 1053-1056.
The coin has been gilded and a loop with three vertical ridges has been attached to the coin at 12 o'clock on the obverse. The loop is 4.4mm in length and 4.1mm thick). A gilded ring (5mm in internal diameter and 1.8mm thick) is attached to the loop.
