There is iron corrosion at the tip, possibly from a broken loop. The weight thickens towards the base which has a pointed knop. The artefact is corroded and slightly pitted in places. The weight is 23.35mm in length, 18.15 wide and weighs 23.4 grams.

Two lead alloy objects of uncertain date and function. The artefacts are of simple conctruction where lead has been rolled up. The appearance of both lead rolls does bear a similarity to that of lead curse rolls from the Roman period. The lead artefacts also bear a similarity to net weights of the Medieval period as the site also has medieval finds. A combined weight is 26.6 grams.

A cast lead weight of uncertain date. The object is sub-pyramidal in that it has a truncated, flat top. This gives it a trapezoidal cross-section. On the upper surface the square top has a raised X with a pellet in each. Between the square top and the base are four trapezoidal sides, two of which has a raised cross. A similar weight can be found in Biggs and Withers (2000, 29; ref. 62).

A lead steelyard weight of probable Roman date (c. AD 43 - 410). The weight measures 58.4mm in height, has a maximum diameter of 41.35mm and weighs 451g. The top of the weight exhibits the remains of a corroded iron suspension loop. The weight is conical in form and tapers from 41.35mm ton 22.5mm. The bottom of the weight has a slight depression in the centre. The lead has a thick off-white patina.
