A fragment of a copper-alloy enameled Roman plate brooch, possibly a conical disc brooch dating to c. AD 100-250. The fragment consists of the central raised projection and fragments of the remainder of the brooch. The projection has a raised circumference and the remainder is recessed filled with possibly degraded blue enamel. The reverse of the brooch is concave. The brooch is 12.85mm in length, 12.15mm wide, 3.95mm thick and weighs 1.09 grams.

A probable copper alloy intaglio bezel for a Roman finger ring dating to AD 43-410 or the bezel for an intaglio in the centre of a Roman plate brooch dating to AD 100-300. The bezel; is oval with narrow raised rims round the edge of each side. The rim of one side is deeper than on the other side. Presumbly, there was originally an intaglio in the depression framed by the deeper rim and the whole frame attached by the back to a finger ring or brooch. The patina is mid green and the bezel was silvered.

An incomplete flat disc brooch of Roman date (AD 80 -150), the disc is incomplete and damaged and the brooch is missing the catchplate and pin. The brooch is circular in plan and due to the damage and corrosion no decoration is visible. The two lugs on the reverse are complete, the catchplate and pin is missing. The brooch measures 21.05mm in diameter, 18.4mm wide, 5.6mm thick and weighs 1.44 grams.

An incomplete copper alloy Roman brooch, dating to AD 50-200. Broadly half of the bow, the foot and the catchplate survive. The brooch measures 36.55mm in length, 8.85mm wide and weighs 5.66 grams. The bow is C-shaped in cross-section and tapers slightly from the old break towards the foot (from 8.85mm wide to 6.35mm wide). The foot is D shaped in cross section with a flat base. The catchplate is broadly triangular, the curl is incomplete.

An incomplete Roman (AD 50-150) copper alloy T-shaped brooch of large, south-western ttype, with hinge mechanism. It is missing the lower bow and catchplate and the pin. It measures 44.65mm in incomplete length and weighs 14.48grams. The 30.95mm wide wings are tubular (c.5.7mm diameter) with a large recessed pin slot on the reverse. To the front the bow extends from the top of the wings (13.6mm wide), and above projects the 9.3mm wide plate head, which is in the form of a moulded step. Foot and lower part of the bow of a cast copper alloy Roman bow brooch. The upper part of the bow, pin and head are missing with an old break at the top. The bow is oval in cross section and the reverse is convex. At the top of the surviving section of the bow is a small triangular indentation just before the break. Below this are four raised parallel horizontal ridges. The bow tapers to a point at the foot. The catchplate survives on the reverse of the bow. The brooch is 26.45mm long, 8mm wide, 8.65mm thick including the catchplate and weighs 2.44 grams.

Late Iron Age or early Roman copper alloy brooch of La Tene III, Nauheim derivative type dated to c.30-70 AD. The brooch head, spring and pin are mostly missing to an old break with only two loops of the spring remaining on one side. The bow is circular in cross section and protrudes from the spring at a 90 degree angle. The bow immediatly thickens to 4.40mm before slowly tapering towards the break. The foot and catchplate are missing from an old break and it is 2.1mm wide at the break. It is 37.35mm long and weighs 4.3 grams.

The bow is flat with rounded edges, the tip is bent upwards slightly where the break has occured. It widens immediately from the head to 5.3mm wide by 1.05mm thick and then tapers in width gradually towards the break. The foot and catchplate are missing from an old break and it is 6.1mm wide at the break. It is 33.55mm long and weighs 1.79 grams.
