A fragment of an abraded Roman oxidised fineware vessel with lead vessel mend. The fragment is possible from a East Gaulish samian ware vessel. The vessel fragment is a possible rim fragment of a Roman fineware vessel with a heavily abraded slip. The fragment has sparse very fine inclusions. The vessel has been repaired with an in situ lead vessel mend which is circular in cross section on the interior of the vessel and broadly rectangular on the exterior of the vessel. The vessel is 24.1mm in length, 50.45mm wide, 7.6mm thick (vessel), 10.65mm thick (repair) and weighs 6.27 grams.

A copper-alloy incomplete Medieval buckle plate. The plate was constructed by folding a long narrow strip of copper alloy in half, leaving a slight gap at the fold. The plate is rectangular, it tapers from a surviving width of 17.5mm at the hinge to 14.95mm at the other end, now broken. All the edges appear to be broken, but it is possible to discern fragmentary plate recesses, either square notches or oblique angles. An incomplete cast copper alloy purse bar fragment. The purse bar has an asymmetrical 'V' shaped section and is slightly curved in plan. The outer face appears to be undecorated. A complete cast copper-alloy cuff link of post-medieval date. The cuff link is made up of two separate octagonal discs both with a stamped design of a three masted sailing ship. The ship is facing left, the hull is decorated with dots. There is evidence of tinning on the reverse, the front is worn in places. A copper-alloy wire loop is soldered to the reverse of both discs. A longer oval loop of wire with a narrow gap at one end is slotted through the discs' loops joining the two together. Each link is c.17.25mm wide and 3.9mm thick, a combined weight is 3.6 grams.

A complete cast copper-alloy padlock of post-medieval date. It is circular in form with two protruding iron lugs at the top to take the bar, the bar is corroded, the corrosion runs down the side of the padlock. Longitudinally central on both faces is a raised rectangular field. This is divided into three squares with incised borders. On the front face the central panel of the three is replaced by a keyhole with a pin in its centre. On both faces the central square is flanked on either side by a punched ring-and-dot motif. An incomplete and abraded handaxe of probable Palaeolithic date. In plan the axe is broadly triangular in plan. In cross section the axe has a clear humped shape. The axehead is bi-facially worked although some of the flakes on both the dorsal and ventral faces are invasive with hinge fractures suggesting they are a result of uncontrolled 'natural flaking' through movement in the soil. A copper alloy stirrup terminal dating from the early medieval period. The mount is a tubular fitting with a gap down one side and an integral end cap. There is a rounded collar about half way along the tube, below which the mount is globular and flares into a three sided shape. There is a small rounded knop at each corner of the triangular end cap.
