A copper-alloy incomplete Medieval buckle plate. The plate was constructed by folding a long narrow strip of copper alloy in half, leaving a slight gap at the fold. The plate is rectangular, it tapers from a surviving width of 17.5mm at the hinge to 14.95mm at the other end, now broken. All the edges appear to be broken, but it is possible to discern fragmentary plate recesses, either square notches or oblique angles. A complete cast copper-alloy cuff link of post-medieval date. The cuff link is made up of two separate octagonal discs both with a stamped design of a three masted sailing ship. The ship is facing left, the hull is decorated with dots. There is evidence of tinning on the reverse, the front is worn in places. A copper-alloy wire loop is soldered to the reverse of both discs. A longer oval loop of wire with a narrow gap at one end is slotted through the discs' loops joining the two together.
Each link is c.17.25mm wide and 3.9mm thick, a combined weight is 3.6 grams.

A complete cast copper-alloy padlock of post-medieval date. It is circular in form with two protruding iron lugs at the top to take the bar, the bar is corroded, the corrosion runs down the side of the padlock. Longitudinally central on both faces is a raised rectangular field. This is divided into three squares with incised borders. On the front face the central panel of the three is replaced by a keyhole with a pin in its centre. On both faces the central square is flanked on either side by a punched ring-and-dot motif.

Cast copper alloy strap fitting (belt mount) of probable post-medieval date (1500-1700). The strap fitting is irregular in plan and domed (convex) in profile; the edges are beveled. The overall decorative design consists of a central boss from which two ornamental knops extend; one from either end. There is some evidence of gilding on the upper face. The reverse face of the fitting is irregular but broadly flat and undecorated. Two cast sub-rectangular projections (hooks) extend from either end of the fitting.

An incomplete and abraded handaxe of probable Palaeolithic date. In plan the axe is broadly triangular in plan. In cross section the axe has a clear humped shape. The axehead is bi-facially worked although some of the flakes on both the dorsal and ventral faces are invasive with hinge fractures suggesting they are a result of uncontrolled 'natural flaking' through movement in the soil. A copper alloy stirrup terminal dating from the early medieval period. The mount is a tubular fitting with a gap down one side and an integral end cap. There is a rounded collar about half way along the tube, below which the mount is globular and flares into a three sided shape. There is a small rounded knop at each corner of the triangular end cap. This is known as trilobite in shape and of foot-like form (see Williams, 1997, fig 5 as described in SF-030005). It had a glossy green patina with areas of reddish metal.

A copper-alloy coin weight for an angel coin of James I, Third coinage (cf. Withers 1995: 14, i).
The double-sided weight is rectangular in plan, measuring 13.75mm high, 13.1mm wide and 3.1mm thick. The obverse image (in relief) is of a crown over the letters 'XS', with a stamped, crowned letter 'I' in the top left hand corner. The reverse image depicts St. Michael, winged, standing right and spearing a dragon. Both the obverse and reverse image are contained within a beaded circular border.

An incomplete bow brooch of Roman date. In plan, the brooch is almost T-shaped, and D-shaped in cross section. The bow head is hump-like, and angular (comma shaped) in profile, with cylindral wings projecting from either side at the top which are incomplete. The bow is decorated by a central vertical rib, and a small rib at the junction between the bow and the wing caps. Each of the wings has an incomplete wing cap. The back of the brooch is plain and undecorated. The brooh is broken partially down the bow.
