Cast copper-alloy medieval swivel. It is incomplete- both the loops having broken leaving just arms on both sides. The central section consists of two half spheres joined in the centre. These objects usually have a gap in between the two central pieces in order to allow it to 'swivel' but this does not seem to have this facililty. The arms of the loops are irregular in size and shape so it is possible that this is a mis-cast.

Copper alloy fragment of casting waste, possibly a failed casting of a Roman bow brooch. It is irregular in shape with a widened triangular section at the top, leading to a narrowed middle section which then widens slightly at the terminal. It has a slight bend when viewed from the side and this, along with the widened top (which could represent wings) suggests it could be a failed casting of a Roman bow brooch. The surface is uneven and pitted all over.
