A cast copper alloy 13th century seal matrix. The matrix appears to be in a mix of Latin and French, and reads: *A IESV/DONE/SV - Jesus (or I am) (IESV) given to (DONE) you/one/all (SV) and so can mean either 'this letter is given to you' or 'Jesus is given to you'. The central motif is a bird of prey walking right looking back with wings raised.

Copper alloy belt mount in the form of a crowned bust, dating from the mid 14th century- late 15th. The bust is facing forwards and is complete. The front is decorated and the back is flat and plain. The crown comes to a point in the centre at the top and has grooved decoration. There are two circular peforations in the middle. There is a circular rivet which comes through onto the forehead of the bust. The second is below the neck. Both rivets have a circular ring which holds them onto the mount. Half of an Anglo-Saxon wrist clasp dating from the 5th to the 7th centuries. It is rectangular in plan with a rectangular extension on one long side. It is slightly bent at the junction between the two parts. The surface had been either silvered or gilded and some of this remains. Copper alloy sexfoil mount, probably from a belt, Medieval in date. The mount is in the form of a 6-petalled flower. It has a central circular dome which has a circular perforation. The petals are also domed. The reverse is hollow. Similar examples have been found during excavations in London, see p. 192, no. 1028 (Egan and Pritchard).

Cast copper alloy double loop Post-Medieval buckle dating to c.1500-1650. The buckle has circular loops with moulded knops at the end of the strap bar. The pin is present, a rectangular strip of copper alloy hooked around the strap bar. The frame is D-shaped in section, being flat on the reverse and slightly domed on the front.

Cast copper alloy Medieval shield shaped harness mount. A small shield shaped harness mount or stud which has one corner bent and has been very corroded. The remnants of decoration can be seen and it is possible the design was a lion rampant as a leg and foot can be seen on the lower part. The reverse has the remains of a circular stud which would have attached the mount to the harness.

There is a crack which extends from the upper half down to the lower half and the bell is slightly squashed. The lower half is decorated with the usual sun-burst pattern.

Lead domed stud with a raised design on the front. It is plain on the reverse and has the remains of a stud which is bent over and has broken. This type of stud is Post-Medieval in date.
