A complete copper-alloy single-loop buckle from the medieval period ( c.1230-1260). The frame is sub-oval in plan, with an offset axis bar and a flat pin rest flanked by a pair of transverse grooves and two angled corner lobes. A sub-ovoid piece of burnt flint/chert, possibly used as a pot boiler. The flint has been weathered, with much of the original surface degraded. Two of the faces still retain the white crazed finish which is consistant with a heating and rapid cooling cycle. It has a length of 31.85 mm, is 29.09 mm wide and weighs 42 grams. A cast copper-alloy mounted fastener from an early post-medieval sword belt. The object is formed of a longitudinally symmetrical mount with integral circular terminal. A cast copper alloy medieval open-frame brooch, probably dating from the m13th or 14th century. The frame is lozenge shaped and of rhomboidal cross section. At the apex , the remains of a fine wire pin loop are wrapped around a pin constriction in the frame. The word 'AVE' extends along the upper surface of the top left side of the frame, and 'MARIA' occupies the bottom right side. This legend has been cast in negative relief, as has the foliate scrollwork occupying the remaining two sides of the frame. Height: 22.69mm; width: 22.02mm; thickness: 1.23mm. Weight: 2.067g.

On the domed top of the weight there are four punched sub-circular indentations which are roughly in line and may have been significant to the owner. An almost complete early post-medieval copper-alloy dress hook. The object is in the form of an openwork moulded trefoil knot, known as a Hungerford knot, seemingly plain on the front; the reverse is flat. The attachment loop is formed of a trapezoidal bar with lobed ends, connected to the body at each end by a moulded boss. The hook is distorted and it appears the hook is short and has probably broken of in antiquity. The object appears to have a degraded brown patina. A incomplete cast copper-alloy single-looped buckle frame from the Medieval period, (c.1350-1450). It consists of a D-shaped frame with expanded sides and narrowed and recessed strap bar. The strap bar is of circular cross section, has a groove midway with iron staining suggesting the use of a iron pin. The outer frame has a pointed knop pin rest with multiple grooves . The pin is missing. It has a length of 17.58 mm, is 22.77 mm wide and has a thickness of 3.40 mm. The object weighs 1.995 grams and has a shiny olive green patina. A similar example can be seen on LVPL-CASE3F.
