A medieval copper-alloy English jetton. 'Double reverse' type depicting a cross patonce over a cross fleury, Berry type 14, see Mernick reference 4n.14.14, dating to c. 1280-c. 1340. Mint uncertain.
The jetton has a diameter of 19.71mm with a thickness of 0.65mm, and weighs 1.086 grams. It has a central punch to the obverse.
This jetton is not readily apparent in the main literature, and is a variant on the closest comparable example found. As such, it has been marked as a noteworthy find.

A post-medieval copper-alloy Nuremberg jetton of anonymous issuer dating to c. 1500-1585. Probably Rose/orb type with fictitious inscription. Minted at Nuremberg.
Very worn, it measures 24.16mm in diameter, 0.47mm in thickness, and weighs 1.230 grams. It has been pierced twice through the obverse at the inner circle, at broadly opposing points, possibly for conversion into a jewellery item. The locations can only be given based on the reverse: at about 11 o'clock and 6 o'clock.
