A cast lead-alloy weight of probable medieval date. The object is of flattened-sub-conical form and has a vertical perforation which is of sub-oval cross section and tapers from bottom to top. The object is 12.92 mm high, has a diameter of 21.51 mm at the base. The diameter at the top is 14.48 mm. The aperture at the base measures7.70 mm wide, tapering to 3.68 mm at the top. The weight is 33g.The object has a matt, off-white patina.

A perforated lead-alloy weight of probable medieval to early post-Medieval date. The weight is of plano-convex form, with a vertical, circular-sectioned aperture at the centre. This aperture tapers from bottom to top (6.59 mm to 5.28 mm in diameter). The weight has a smooth silky white patina. Height 7.86 mm. Diameter 15.78 mm. Weight 11 grams.

The weight, which appears to have been miscast, is freestanding, of truncated-sub-conical form and has a vertical aperture which is of oval cross section and tapers from the bottom to the top (4.45 mm to 2.52mm). The object has a matt off-white patina. Height 7.58 mm. Diameter at base 10.10 mm. Top 7.26 mm. Weight 3.327 grams.

A substantial rectangular lead ingot of undetermined date. The ingot is rectangular with no evidence of foundry marks. The ingot tapers both in width and thickness and has a light brown patina, with the underside revealing embedded grit. Dimensions are; Length 204 mm. Maximum width 65 mm, tapering to 60 mm. Maximum thickness 34 mm, tapering to 27 mm. Weight 4073 grams. The ingot is difficult to date precisely. It was found in close association with Roman pottery sherds, but the site also has a Napoleonic fort and it is possible that it was destined for the manufacture of musket shot.
