An short-flanged axehead of the middle Bronze Age.  The haft end is slightly curved, and it has a stop slightly over halfway along the haft. At the point where the blade starts to widen out the head is decorated with two concentric arcs which are cast into the axe. The head itsef is a wide arc, approximately 120 degrees and bent back at the outer ends. Both sides are identical in form, one side has slighty more corrosion apparant but overall it is in a good state of preservation. A complete Early Iron Age copper-alloy razor of Type Havre (Jockenhoevel's Zweischneidige Rasiermesser) dating c. 800-600 BC. The body of the razor is pelta shaped with a rounded apex and two backward projecting arms that curve to a point either side. The plate has a casting seam to one side of the apex extending from the edge to the sub-circular perforation at the centre. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Medieval spout from a ewer dating c. AD 1300-1500. The spout is cylindrically crescentic in shape with a concave curve to fit against the body of the vessel and has a hollow interior. Part way along the outer edge is the lower section of a broken flat-sectioned openwork bridge that would have been pierced with a trefoil. This would have connected the upper part of the spout to the neck of the vessel. The surface of the spout is heavily pitted and very worn, with mottled mid green and light brown patination. Late Bronze Age socketed axe head (1000 - 800BC), probably a South Eastern variant. Socketed looped axehead with a single sub-rectangular mouth moulding and a additional collar moulding below. There are three raised moulded ribs on either side. Ewart Park tradition (Burgess Metalworking phase XII). This corresponds to Needham’s (1996) Period 7 circa 950-750 CAL. BC. There is a fairly even mid-green patina all over and a small break on the blade, but is otherwise complete. Cast copper alloy dirk dating from the Middle Bronze Age, that is c. 1500-1300BC. The dirk is broken into five fragments and two rivets, but it is incomplete: the very tip fragment is missing and could not be recovered after intensive search. It may have never been deposited in the first place or else, possibly disintegrated in the ground. The remaining five blade fragments and two rivets survive in good condition. NOTE: This find is of importance because these coins are not normally found in English contexts.
