An incomplete medieval to post-medieval cast copper-alloy double looped spectacle buckle. dating c. AD 1350-1650. The buckle only has one full loop remaining with a small section of the second loop. The central strap bar still remains but the pin is missing.The remaining loop is roughly D-shape in cross-section. The loop is lightly bevelled with a flat reverse and no decoration visible.
