A fragment of a Roman glass vessel, probably a bottle or flask dating c. AD 100 - 200. The surviving fragment comprises a short length of a circular neck with a broad, flanged rim. At the lower end of the neck where the break has occurred, is a very small, curved portion of the shoulder of the vessel. The glass has a pale blueish green tint. Measurements: The fragment is 17.3mm long, the rim diameter is 25.77mm and the neck is 15.77mm in diameter. It weighs 6g. A base fragment of a Post Medieval glass wine bottle, dating to c. late 17th-mid-18th century AD. The base fragment consists of a rounded kick and an irregular portion of the base to one side. Both the interior and exterior surface of the glass is covered in an opalescent patina, mostly gold in colour. The fragment measures 55.8 mm long, 49.6mm wide, 9.3mm thick and weighs 39.87 grams.

A glass bead, possibly dating to the early medieval period -therefore Anglo Saxon. The bead is circular in shape and has a hole through the centre. The bead measures 19.82mm x 8.45mm. It weighs 3.84g. The bead would have been made by melting glass into a crucible. Then an iron rod would have been used to gather the glass. The glass was then trickled onto the rod, forming the central hole and then it would have been rolled, to smooth the outer surface. A circular green glass seal from the shoulder of a bottle. The seal depicts the full figure of a horse facing left with the intitals WR above. Seals of this type date from 1650-1800 AD. The initials WR possibly stand for 'William Rex', but could equally well be the makers mark.

A small circular intaglio. The intaglio appears to be a moulded translucent green glass or gem stone intaglio, which has been moulded from a die. The intaglio has been set within a copper alloy frame. The frame is circular and the intaglio sits tightly inside it, six claws hold the intaglio in its setting.
