An extremely worn clipped late Medieval silver long cross penny of Edward IV (second issue) dating from AD 1471-1483. Initial mark missing due to clipping. Archbishop Thomas Rotheram issue, with inital T to the left of shoulder and key to the right of shoulder. Mint of York. Cf. North 1991 Vol II, p. 94, nos. 1654-1656. The detail on the bust is illegible, therefore it is not possible to identify which of these examples is the exact parallel.

A complete cast copper alloy pommel from a knife or dagger. This example probably dates to the Medieval period based upon the information below (c. 1100-c. 1500 AD). It is hollow and sub-spherical in form and has a sub-oval hole at the top measuring 8mm long by 7.6mm wide and a sub-rectangular hole at the base measuring 9.8 long by 9.4mm wide. The object measures an overall 18.1mm long, 24.6mm in diameter and weighs 17.5 grams. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Late Iron Age to Roman brooch of Colchester one-piece type, c. 1st century AD. The remains of the brooch consist of the original six spring coils and the external chord, which passes underneath the forward-facing hook. The pin is damaged with only 7.8mm remaining. The crossbar is simple and flat and the brooch body arches sharply at the neck before tapering to a simple pointed foot. No catchplate remains. A complete cast copper alloy Medieval or early Post Medieval annular buckle. The buckle frame is circular in plan and circular in section. The frame is undecorated. There is a cast copper alloy pin loosely curled around the frame. The pin is rectangular in section and is slightly narrowed towards the tip.
