An incomplete Medieval to Post Medieval cast copper-alloy double-looped oval buckle. (c.AD1350-1650). The buckle is very corroded and consists of two sub-oval loops. The loops are bevelled on the front and flat on the reverse. There is a narrow central strap bar with the remains of the pin corroded around he bar. There are traces of a black lacquer. It measures 23.6mm long, 19.1mm wide, 2.1mm thick and weighs 2.26 grams. Similar type buckles can be seen in Whitehead (2003) pp53.

An fragment of a Post Medieval handle AD1500-1600.The handle is possibly from a chafingdish.The copper alloy handle is about 20% of the original handle. It is sub-rectangular with with a small section of the bottom and part of the side of the handle. There is no visible decoration. The handle remains has a dark green patina. It imeasures 32.5mm long, 22.1mm wide and 4.5mm thick. It weighs 6.03 grams. It has a mid green patina with brown corrosion marks. It is not decorated. The fragment measures 48.9mm long, 23.3mm wide, 2.3mm thick and weighs 11.54 grams.

A cast lead alloy weight of uncertain date. The object is sub-conical, with a flat oval base and large circular aperture perforating from the top down through the vertical centre to the base. There is no decoration with the surface pitted. It is possibly that it may have been used as a spindle whorl as there is a slight incised line on the outer surface. It is a greyish white in colour. It measures 11mm high. The oval base measures 31.3mm long and 28.3mm wide. The centre aperture measures approximately 8.9mm diameter. The weight is 42.65 grams.

A Post Medieval incomplete silver double loop buckle of annular form, with simple moulded decoration at top and bottom above the central spindle. probably late 17th century in date. Close in form to a shoe or knee buckle judging by its small size and delicacy, but lacking a separate spindle for a stud chape. See R.Whitehead, Buckles, 1998, p. 48 and pp.96-7 for shoe buckles. A post-medieval gilded silver ball-headed pin. The hollow- cast head is formed of two hemispheres soldered together. The decoration on the upper half consists of three filigree wire circles with a smaller circle within and one central knop in each. The pin is circular in cross-section and has broken off near to its base. A type commonly reported through the Treasure Act; compare 2015T642 from Buckinghamshire, and three other similar pinheads from the same county: BUC-942356 [2006T197], BUC-167767 [2006T436] and BUC-F12348 [2011T238].

A complete Post Medieval silver vervel (hawking ring). The ring is circular, made from sheet soldered to form a ring. The outer surface is decorated with a raised repeating pelleted pattern around the circumference with a bevelled band on either side. The internal surface of the ring is smooth and undecorated.Vervels were used to connect the leather jesses or thongs attached to hawk's legs to the leash which tied the bird to the block. An incomplete Post Medieval chafing dish handle 1500-1600 AD. The copper alloy chaffing dish handle is about 45% of the original handle. It is sub-rectangular with part of a square projection where the attachment fitting would have been. The outer face of the handle has a border of evenly spaced low-relief pellets as decoration. A copper alloy quillon or crossguard for a dagger or stilleto of early post-medieval date, 1500-1700 AD. Object consists of a thin flat faced bar, which widens towards the centre with an oval hole through it. The hole has a corroded iron fill. The harness pendant consists of a shield shaped pendant body with a sub-triangular suspension loop which is damaged having been broken at the base of the hole. An incomplete Post Medieval cast copper-alloy double loop trapezoidal buckle, c. 1620-1680 AD. The buckle has a narrowed strap bar and the pin is missing. The buckle frame has trefoil shaped ends and small lobed protrusion at either side of the strap bar.
