A flat copper alloy square sheet with six raised pellets (three along two sides) and a central raised lozenge creating four cells for enamel. There is some gilding surving on the surface. The raised pellets are possibly meant to give the impression of rivets, but there appear to be none. The reverse is flat and the piece was presumably held in place using solder or adhesive, traces of which are not present. See DENO-800903 on this database for a parallel in style, although this example appears to have rivet holes.
