An iron padlock of probable Post-Medieval date, AD.1500-1800. It is triangular in form, hollow, and with the remains of a vertical rib or ridge running down the centre of the front face. At the top of the casing is a narrow transverse rectangular rib from which extends the locking arm, which is U-shaped in form. One end of the arm has the remains of a corroded bolt or hinge, while the other slots into the transverse ridge, locking it in place. A casting seam is visible running down both sides of the casing, but any decorative features are obscured by iron corrosion. The entire object …

A Post Medieval, 17th-19th century, forged iron foot patten, AD.1650-1850. The patten has been bent in at some time in the past and would have been oval in plan originally, with a triangular plate at the rear of the patten, and a triangular plate with an extended pointed terminal at the front. The two plates each have an extant iron rivet, which would have attached the patten to the underside of a wooden platform.
