Another coin with this mistake is recorded on the PAS database LANCUM-4479B1, from Gloucestershire - this is a penny, minted in London and identified as Class 6b1 (John, c.1213-4). It is likely that this coin is the same mint and Class. Diameter 18.3mm, weight 0.60g.
