A fragment of a cast copper alloy snake bracelet of Roman date. The surviving terminal is an expanded oval with moulded decoration forming a stylised snake's head including rounded snout, pellet eyes, two lumps on the forehead and beaded border around. The D-sectioned hoop is decorated with diagonal grooves. Fine blue-green patina. This bracelet falls into Cool's Group X ('horizontal' snakes' head bracelets), Sub-group B (cast relief accentuating incised and cast decoration), which Cool suggests is a 2nd century type (Cool 1983, 146-8). Medieval cast copper alloy signet finger ring fragment, 15th-16th century. Roughly a quarter of the ring survives - half the bezel and part of the hoop. The bezel would originally have been oval or circular; most of the engraved design survives - a vertical line with rounded ends, with two out- and upwardly curved lines from each end and two drop shapes from either side of the centre, all within a finely hatched circle. The hoop is narrowed. Mid green patina. Length 15.7mm, width of bezel 10.2mm, thickness of bezel 1.1mm, width of hoop 2.3mm, thickness of hoop 1.4mm, weight 0.88g.

Rectangular body with two forked arms projecting upwards from each corner - one is broken off, the other appears to be complete (length 9mm). Single rivet in the body which presumably would have secured the now missing front and back plates of the strap end. Possible post-Medieval cast copper alloy double loop openwork buckle fragment, c.1620-1690. Two lozenge-shaped knops flank a circular loop, the object is then broken across two circular loops on either either of the knops and across two trapezoidal loops between the loops, possibly separated by a broken strap bar. Length (incomplete) 23.5mm, width (incomplete) 15.7mm, thickness 2.9mm, weight 2.94g. No parallel in Whitehead 1996 ('Buckles 1250-1800', Greenlight) but it could possibly be from a buckle similar to those on p.85.
