A cast silver alloy badge or dress accessory. The badge is broadly an irregular pentangular shape in plan and D shaped in cross section. Through the centre is a partially worn circular hole (diameter 3.1mm). The upper half is divided into three parts by radiating lines that extend from the perforation to the external edge, each divided panel is wedge shaped. The lower half is undecorated and in shape is similar to a dropped bar. The reverse face is flat and undecorated – two small integrally cast studs extend from either edge. A heavily corroded and broken Polden Hill type Roman brooch dated to (c.AD 70-240). The bow is missing it's lower section and catch plate, the pin is also missing. The wings are intact and the end plates are pierced - they hold the copper alloy axis bar. The spring is also mostly intact and remains of five turns survive wrapped around the axis bar are present, an external chord passes through a drilled hole in a central rib on the head of the brooch. Base sherd of a glazed earthenware bowl of later medieval or post medieval date (1400-1700). The sherd fabric is a relatively hard earthenware: it is mica rich, having well sorted sparse grit-like inclusions. The fabric is an oxidised orange colour. A yellowish brown coloured glaze has been applied to the interior and splashed deposits are present on the base. The flake is large and irregular being formed from relatively good flint, in plan it is sub-triangular whilst in section it is rectangular. Along one edges is an area of coarse external cortex; this would suggest that the flake has been formed from secondary waste / debitage. A small melon type glass polychromatic bead of early Medieval (Frankish) period c late.6th Century. The bead is globular in form with six ribs. It is primary made of pale blue green glass, the glass is of very high quality being very translucent with only small air bubbles within it. A complete Late Neolithic waste flake (tertiary debitage). The flake is sub-oval in shape and has a flat cross-section. One end is more pointed and the flake is thickest near this end. There is no retouch. The ventral face has a percussive ripples from a strike at the pointed end. The dorsal face has many ridges and percussive ripples in opposing directions. The flint is an almost opaque light grey, indicating this is a river flint. It is 37mm long, 24mm wide and 6mm thick. It weighs 4.3g.

The ventral face has a percussion scar and a large striking platform. It is wideset at the stiking platform and tapers quickly to a thin body. The flint is a translucent off white, with an internal light grey patch, indicating this is a river flint. It is 27mm long, 18mm wide and 5mm thick at platform. It weighs 1.4g.
