Cast copper alloy fragment of probable bar mount of later medieval date (1300-1500). The mount is broadly sub-rectangular in plan and faceted D shape in cross section. One edge is broken; the break is old and patinated. The opposite end has a slight dome shaped terminal which is pierced by a single rivet hole (diameter: 2.0mm) Directly below this piercing is a cast transverse bar which separates the terminal from the D sectioned bar. Cast copper alloy strap fitting / belt mount of post-medieval date (1500-1700). The strap fitting is broadly sub-triangular in plan with a bifurcating projection emanating from the upper edge. The body of the fitting is relatively flat with a sub-rectangular cross-section. The centre of thee fitting is decorated with pierced (more likely cast) openwork; the design being formed from a heart shape . Cast copper alloy mount of probable late medieval or post medieval date (1400-1600). The mount is sub-oval in plan and domed in cross section (D-shaped). The front face is convex and undecorated. The reverse is concave. From a central position a small square sectioned spike projects; this terminates in a broken blunted break. The mount is a dark mid green colour with a patchy surface patina. The length of the spike would suggest that this mount was used either in a piece of furniture or through a relatively thick piece of leather, possibly on horse harness.

A heavily worn copper alloy fragment from a Dupondius or As of probable late 2nd or 3rd century date. The obverse depicts a bearded radiate crowned head facing right. The reverse is laminated and all detail is lost. The identification as an As rather than a later radiate (Antoninus) is based on the patina and thickness of the coin fragment.
The coin measures 21.8mm diameter, is 3.5mm thick and weighs 4.12 grams

A complete and very well preserved cast copper alloy Colchester derivative Polden Hill type brooch of early Roman date (80-120 AD). The wings are complete with flat and pierced end caps. The axis bar and spring are present; the axis bar is formed from a length of copper alloy wire and holds the spring and pin in place. The spring and pin are also formed from copper alloy wire turned nine times and held in place by an external cord which is fixed to a rearward facing hook positioned at the midpoint on the upper edge of the reverse. An incomplete cast copper-alloy spectacled or double looped buckle frame of Post medieval date. The frame is complete and a small section of the corroded iron pin remains to the integrally cast internal strap bar. The buckle frame is formed from two D-shaped loops with rounded expanded outer edges, flanked by double pointed mouldings. The upper surface of these expanded edges has moulded decoration. A cast lead alloy seal matrix of medieval date. The matrix is circular in plan with an off centred lug projecting from the reverse face. The reverse face has a cast stylised fleur-de-lis centrally positioned and this in enclosed within a slight raised circumferential border. The front of the matrix has an incised central design comprising a four pointed star each arm of which is decorated with a palm / floral pattern. This is enclosed within a circular border which separates the design from the inscription. The inscription reads:
