A large two faced lead token of probable later medieval or post medieval date (AD1200-1800). The token (or possibly a weight) is incomplete having lost a portion from movement within the ploughsoil. The token was originally circular in plan and has been cast within a two part mould. The upper face is decorated with a daisy wheel / flower formed of six oval shaped loops positioned evenly around a raised circular central boss. An incomplete cast lead alloy unifaced token of later medieval or post medieval date (1200-1800). The token is a D shape in plan with a broken perforated edge. A single drilled hole is present on one edge, possibly from where the token had been reused as a small plaque. Lead alloy uniface token of post medieval date. The upper face of the token is decorated eight raised ribs which expand from the mid-point of the token forming an irregular overlapping cross and saltire shape. Between some of the ribs are single pellets. The reverse is plain and undecorated although it does has a slight circumferential ridge. The metal is a mid cream grey colour with a well formed surface patina.

A copper alloy heavily eroded and corroded 17th century provincial token. Almost all the detail is lost through a combination of abrasion and corrosion. The identification is based on size and the probable design on the obverse - three lions passant gardant without a shield - this is the device / arms of the city of Hereford and is prevalant in tokens struck in the city in the period 1650-1675
The token measures 18.5mm length, 13.4mm width is 0.7mm thick and weighs 0.56 grams

Williamson (vol 1 282: 31) notes that this is the earliest of the Herefordshire token series and notes that Thomas Seabourne was one of the justices of the Peace for the city of Hereford. He was Mayor in 1649 and part of 1648 and owned two properties: one in the Wigmarsh Ward and another in the Weybridge Ward.

A cast lead alloy bi-faced token of medieval or later date (1200-1500). The token is a mid-grey colour with an even patina. The upper surface is decorated with a central circlet with at least 4 raised bosses within. Around the external edge are a series of irregular spaced cast designs, letters or pseudo-letters. The letters seem to have been reversed so carved correctly within the mould and therefore in reverse in the final object. The letters include a backwards R and D as well as an A. The reverse has a low relief W or M formewd of two V shapes. A direct parallel has not been found…

Unifaced square stamped 20th century restuarant token.
At the centre is a 1D (1 penny) value mark with the inscription arranged in a circle above and below: Above CADBURY'S Below DINING ROOM. around the edge of the token is a border of pellets. The reverse is plain and undecorated. The token is a mid green colour with a corroded patina. It is likely that the token dates to the period 1900-1960.
It measures 25.7mm length and width, is 1.8mm thick and weighs 5.74 grams

The token is a light grey colour with a silver like corrosion product which maybe tin / white metal coating - or differential corrosion products from the soil. The front face is decorated with an irregular shape formed of angular lines. In form it is D shaped with a triangular projection from the front edge creating an irregular "bow tie" shape. A brass pub token with a value of 1 1/2 D (one and a half pence) issued by the Leopard Inn, Pride Hill, Shrewsbury. The Leopard Inn (situated at 3 Pride Hill) was licensed by William Bury in 1828 (although this is the date of the list not necessarily the establishment) and de-licensed in 1889.
