An incomplete knapped and flaked flint knife blade / scraper of later Neolithic or Early Bronze Age date (3000-2000BC). The knife is formed on a flake of secondary debitage. The fragment is broadly oval in plan and has a D shaped cross section. The dorsal face has multiple flaking facets and the edges have been retouched with neat well organised overlapping flakes which can be described as invasive semi-abrupt and stepped. An incomplete cast copper alloy artefact, most probably a folding razor or knife dating from the later Roman period (200- c. 400 AD). The fragment is rectangular in shape and tubular in form one terminal is broken and corroded the opposing is rectangular with a spatulate shape and decorated with double transverse bands and vertical beaded lines. One edge has a distinct V shaped groove which would have held the razor blade when closed. Unusually, a single hole passes through the terminal from the body of the knife. A large substantial backed knife of later Mesolithic or Neolithic date (6500-2000 BC). The knife is formed on a a broad tertiary blade with a distinct baked ridge on the dorsal face created by removals of previous blades. The distall end of the ventral face has a clear bulbar scar and bulb of percussion however the prepared striking platform has been removed by snapping and retouch. A small pointed oval shaped cut copper alloy sheet perforated by a small rectangular hole at the mid point. The sheet is most probably from a composite handle from a knife of medieval date AD 1100-1400. It is a mid green colour with a well formed surface patina - abraded in places. The artefact measures 35.4mm length, 14.0mm width, is 1.3mm thick and weighs 2.71 grams.

It is surmounted by a cylindrical nipple. The lower part of the knop has a moulded double collar below which extends a faceted shank. This shank would have been set within a wooden or horn handle.
