Incomplete developed flat axe with hammer raised flanges of later Early Bronze Age date (c. 2000 - 1700 BC). Although incomplete the classification of the axe matches the descriptions and illustrations of the axe type Arreton which is dated to Early Bronze Age III, of metalworking stage V, which corresponds to Needham's (1996) Period 3 circa 2000 - 1700 BC. A worn cast copper alloy harness pendant of probable 14th-century (c.1250 - c.1450) date. The pendant is worn and abraded. It is broadly in the shape of an equal armed cross with oval or circular terminals / ends in plan and D shaped in cross-section. The edges of the pendant are slightly bevelled and the profile of the pendant is slightly bowed (convex). Complete cast copper-alloy 'openwork' plate brooch of early Roman date (50-120 AD). The brooch is very well preserved being complete with hardly any abrasion or corrosion present; it has had no damage in plan or profile and is as near perfect as possible having survived the ground for nearly 2000 years. Incomplete Early Bronze Age barbed and tanged flint arrowhead. This arrowhead has been knapped from a mid grey brown coloured piece of flint and has a milky white surface patina on many of the knapped faces. It is broadly sub-triangular in plan and lentoid in cross section. The arrowhead measures 30.5 mm in length, 22.6mm maximum width, is 3.4mm thick and weighs 3.55 grams. A copper-alloy horse harness pendant of probable late 13th to 14th century date. Five similar examples are recorded by S. Ashley in his book "Medieval Armorial Horse Furniture in Norfolk" (2002; pp. 209-213) and it is suggested that the device (see below) is generic in nature, referring to England and France rather than to a specific family.
