An Iron Age Early Uninscribed Southern silver unit, apparantly a variant of Rudd's 'Danebury Boar' type (ABC 875, Van Arsdell 288). Measures 11.61mm and weighs 0.76g. Obverse: Boar left, three crescents above, pellets above and below boar Reverse: Horse left, wheel above, ring-and-pellet joints, one ring-and-pellet above, two below Date: 50-20 BC Ian Leins comments 'It seems to be a variant of ABC 875 (VA 288). It is very similar except for the different details around the boar on the obverse and the pellet-in-ring joints on the horse'.

A silver Iron Age coin; an uninscribed North Eastern (Corieltavian) unit (a "Ferriby" type). The flan is oval and dished. The coin is broken with one end of the oval missing. In its current condition it has a maximum diameter of 13.9mm and is 1.7mm thick. It weighs 0.92g. The coin dates from circa 30 BC - AD 10. For reference see Van Arsdell number 877 or BMC number 3218.

Fragment of an Iron Age silver unit of Amminus (probably Adminius), probably struck in Kent circa AD 38-40. See Rudd 38 (1998), no. 8 (probably same obverse die), Numismatic Circular, December 1992, p. 354, no. 7378, Numismatic Circular, July 1993, p. 188, no. 12. Rare coins of this type were attributed to Gaul in the 19th century, but the finding of several in Kent and Essex in recent years (at least 9 are on the Celtic Coin Index) does mean that we can associate Amminus with Adminius, the son of King Cunobelinus, as mentioned in Suetonius (Caligula 44).
