A copper-alloy fragment of late medieva lto early post-medieval purse frame. The piece has a shallow curvature, V-shaped cross section and tapers to a pointed distal end. A circular perforation represents a sewing hole, by which the now-missing bag would have been attached to the frame. Surviving length:56.7mm. Weight:8.11g This is a piece of a pendent frame from a London Museum type A purse. It probably dates from the late 15th or early 16th centuries.

A medieval copper-alloy harness pendant. The pendant is circular in plan and generally of flat section, the exception to this being the central portion, where there is a lion mask, moulded in high relief. A ring of wavy grooves, representing the mane, surrounds this central element. Two concentric grooves form an outer border. Traces of gilding remain on the upper surface of the pendant. A fragment of a copper-alloy book clasp of Howsam type A.1.1, dating to the medieval period. The fragment comprises a semi-circular plate, which is D-shaped in section. The plate possesses a central circular perforation. At one end the remains of two lugs extend, presumably where the main body of the book clasp would have originally extended. At the other, a looped terminal extends, with circular perforation. The terminal possesses moulded decoration which may be zoomorphic in form. The fragment measures 16.9mm in length, a maximum of 9.8mm in width and 6mm in thickness. It weighs 1.97g.

An unidentified cast copper-alloy object, which may be a dagger chape or an item of personal adornment. A similar 'moustache object' was found as part of the Salibury hoard (I.M. Stead; 1998; no. 117); they are thought to be of early Iron Age date. The object has been cast in one piece and is roughly symmetrical. It has the appearance of a moustache, being crescentic, with a vertical central depression and tapering to a point at each end. The underside is plain, with an oval depression at the centre. It measures 24.8mm in length, 19.1mm in width and 9.6mm in thickness.
