The dorsal face has three major flake scars and has been worked almost all the way around the edge. The removals are abrupt and semi-abrupt, short and scaled. It seems to have been made from part of a core from which long blades have been removed. The arrisis are sharp and one has irregular flake removals along most of its length. An incomplete Early Bronze Age barbed and tanged flint arrowhead (2150-1500 BC). This light grey flint arrowhead is convex on both sides. The tips of the point and barbs are missing. Both sides have been pressure flaked and one side has small areas of buff cortex. This arrowhead is similar to the group described within Butler (who is summarising Green's': Flint Arrowheads of the British Isles') and is best described as a fancy barbed and tanged arrowhead.
