A gold cufflink, one, of a pair of cufflinks, of eighteenth or nineteenth century date, AD 1750 - 1900. The frames of both discs or elements and the linking strip survive. Each disc was oval and made of a separate material which no longer survives. Each has an oval gold mount or frame which is a reeded strip formed into a loop, with six projecting lugs which would have clipped to the missing part.
