Report on post-medieval silver dress pin from Brailes, Warwickshire, 2006 T342 Silver dress pin, broken off beneath rectangular opening, bent. Quadrangular section to shaft, pointed tip. Etched foliate ornament and owner's initials AH. 17th Century Consequently, in terms of age and as the object contains a minimum of 10% precious metal it qualifies as Treasure under the stipulations of the Treasure Act 1996.
