It has a zoomorphic terminal in the form of a dog with upright rounded ears, from whose mouth the liquid emerges. behind this its neck becomes a tube with a steeply angled oval opening which terminates in a point.

Medieval copper alloy and gold harness mount, 39mm long, 23mm wide and 1mm thick. The object is in poor condition and weighs 4.63grams. The object is fragmentary and would have been circular in form with suspension hinges formed of folded rectangular plate, here present at the top and bottom. In what was its centre is a plain circular area, this is surrounded by a patterned border formed of incised triangles. In alternate triangles the object has been decorated with circular punch marks and the whole area of incised decoration has been gilded.
