A gold Iron Age quarter stater of the Western Region / Dobunni, dating to the period c.60-20 BC, 'Sunburst Little Horse' type. Obverse: Wreath, spike with three large pellets and sunburst across, crescents below. Reverse: Triple-tailed annulate horse right, cogwheel sun above, small animal(?) below.
