Medieval or post medieval copper alloy trivet or pot stand fragment? 64mm long, 17mm wide and 3mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a brown patina and weighs 18.72 grams. It consists of a curving strip which is slightly thicker, 8mm wide and 3mm thick, at the edge forming a border. The metal is much thinner, 1mm thick, inside this and has broken off randomly. The object has an integral foot, 14mm high, 11mm wide and 5mm thick, its inner surface is flat and its outer curves outwards slightly forming a slightly splayed foot.
