Medieval? copper alloy saddle pommel, 56.5mm long, 30.6mm wide and 1.7mm thick. The object is in good condition with a green patina and a weight of 29.2 grams. The object has a semi circular form with a semi-spheriacl upper edge. Its sides are straight and it has a steeply angled base which protrudes from the rest of the object. Post-Medieval copper alloy saddle pommel, 63mm long and 31mm wide. The pommel is formed of a sheet of copper alloy which is 1.5mm thick. It is semi-circular in form with a half circular, rounded upper edge which has a round protruding terminal. Its lower edge is at a 45o angle with a small area of metal protruding from the lower edge, which appears to have snapped. Its surface is covered with incised decoration, two lines form a border around its edge with several sets of parallel lines radiating from the lower border towards the circular terminal at the top.

Post Medieval copper alloy saddle pommel cap, 54mm long 30mm wide and 28mm thick with a weight of 68.69g.
The object is sub rectangular in form and sub circular in cross section. It consists of a hollow elongated dome, cast in two parts. Its surface has converging linear recesses and at its base is a sub rectangular projection which houses two circular fixing holes to secure the object. It is missing part of its lower body.

Post Medieval copper alloy saddle pommel, Length: 45 mm, width: 41 mm, thickness: 12.0 mm, weight: 15.44 grams.
The object is sub rectangular in form and D shaped in cross section. It consists of a sheet which has been folded over itself to form a rounded 'pouch' with a low rounded upper lip and a D shaped cross section. The back of this, which is flat, joins together in the centre and expands upwards. This has an oval form and a frilled upper edge. The edge has three circular holes, one in the centre and one at each side.
