Late Roman colour coat 'Dog dish' Fragment, 52 mm long, 47mm wide and 7mm thick. The fragment has a fine cream body with small amounts of mica inclusions and a dark grey slip. It has a rounded rim which is 15mm wide and sits at a right angle to the body. Its curves very gently, suggesting a large vessel.

Roman Black Burnished ware rim fragment? 20mm long, 17mm wide and 6mm thick. The sherd is very dark grey with a slightly lighter fabric and appears to be a jug rim which has a bulging form. The rim is decorated with a deep incised line about 5mm in.

Roman unidentified vessel rim sherd, the fragment is deep orange with red and white surface stains/inclusions. The rim is squared and has a row of diagonal depressions directly under it. These are alternately angled giving the impression of a row of triangles.

Roman ceramic Tazza? rim fragment, 39mm kong, 27mm wide and 11mm thick. The fragment is of an unknown fabric and has a cream/white colour and a with fine sandy fabric. It contains a small amount of rim and a central triangular ridge. It has been tenatively identified as a tazza which is some sort of incense burner.

Roman Nene Valley mortaria rim sherd, 79mm long and 62mm wide. The sherd weighs 64grams and has a slightly turned rim with a rolled circular edge. the inner surface has a step up where the rim finishes, making the sherd 4mm thicker here (its overall thickness is 10mm). It has a cream fabric with sparse medium red clay inclusions. It has traces of a orange extrenal slip, but no sign of any grit on its inner surface.
