It has patches of cortex across its upper surface and has a wide rounded end which has been worked with abrupt, stepped short re-touch.

Mesolithic flint end scraper, 43mm long, 22mm wide, 9mm thick with a weight of 16.7 grams. A broad thick blade which is missing its distal end. The surface has light cortication all over its brown surface. It is unusual as its Bulbar end has been turned into a scraper with converging retouch.

Two long, thin flakes have been removed from the left side of the dorsal face to create a sharp point. There is a sharp break at the distal end with a notch below suggesting that the flake is also waste from blade/microlith production. Tertiary flake.
