Roman? copper alloy steelyard weight, 26mm long, 22mm wide and 14mm thick. The object is in good condition and weighs 25.64grams. The object is in the form of a rams head with curling horns making up the circular sides and the animals snout, which has a slit mouth and round hollow eyes, forming the point. The underside is decorated with a V shaped recess which runs from the animals mouth to the suspension loop at the back of the head. This is a circular sectioned loop fitted into a circular integral loop.

Roman? copper alloy cast head, 31mm high and 24mm wide. The head is in good condition and it has a dark green patina. It is probably part of a steelyard weight and the top of the head has a small circular mark which may be the remains of a loop. The head is depicting a bearded man with a broad nose and lentoid eyes wearing some sort of skull cap or head band . He may be a depiction of a Greek?

It has a distinct ridge running around it about two thirds down its length and below this it is triangular in cross section. The apex of this has a slightly protruding circular sectioned shaft emerging from it. Its upper edge has a depression with iron staining where a loop would have emerged.
