Roman Copper alloy 'Constantinopolis' coin, 12mm in diameter. The obverse shows a helmeted figure facing left with inscription --- --olis. The reverse shows a winged Victory with shield and spear and foot on the prow of a boat. No inscription survives and only part of the mint mark can be seen, possibly shows AQ for Aquileia or RP for first of Treveri missing the T ? The coin would have been minted after 330 to celebrate the founding of the city as Capital.
