Neolithic of Early Bronze age flint sickle fragment, 48mm long, 20mm wide and 6mm thick with a weight of 8.21grams.
The object is rectangular in form with a slightly curved edge and is made from dark brown flint. It has been worked on both faces, to provide a triangular cross section. Its edges have been worked with fine, steep re-touch, one side steeper than the other.
The object is probably a sickle fragment and is similar to ESS-DEB397 NMS-A13788
