Medieval copper alloy buckle and plate, 52mm long, 25mm wide and 4mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 8.82 grams. The object consists of a complete one piece buckle plate which is folded over the buckle loop and held in place with two copper alloy rivets. This has no signs of decoration. The buckle loop is oval and has a rectangular protruding pin rest c. 15mm wide which is decorated with incised transverse lines. The buckle pin is also present and has a rectangular section and a tapering point.

Medieval or early post Medieval copper alloy and gold hinged mount, 35mm long, 19mm wide and 7mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 3.50 grams. The object consists of a sub triangular plate with a scallop shaped terminal. This is gilded and has three circular copper alloy rivets, two near the straight edge and one in the scallop area. It is rectangular in form and has a relief image of three persons one appears to be sitting, flanked by the others. This figure may have a halo? If so it would suggest an image of Christ. The surface is gilded in places and there is s circular hole at one corner.

Medieval copper alloy buckle plate, 29mm long, 20mm wide and 1mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 4.36grams. The plate is rectangular and has a semi-circular recess centred on one short edge (which is very worn) to accomodate a pin and has rivet holes in the opposing corners (one damaged). It is decorated with a double S shaped motif which could be an animal with a curled tail or a foliate scroll flanking a stem with flared terminal, the plate has a parallel in NMS-6119A7 which has a broad high medieval date.

It has a rectangular section at its curved end, where it would have wrapped around the brooch. This changes to a circular section along its shaft and is marked by a small rectangular platform which protrudes from the surface just behind the end of the curved hook section.

Early Post medieval copper alloy buckle, 38mm long, 27mm wide and 3mm thick. The buckle is in fair condition and weighs 6.15 grams. The buckle had D shaped section and is sub rectangular in form. It is asymmetrical with one trapezoidal half and one D shaped half. It is decorated with moulded rosettes on its upper surface. It matches example 595, p.93 in Whitehead, R. Buckles.... .

The object is rectangular in form and consists of a circular sectioned L shaped frame, from which is attached two hinged rectangular arms. The buckle is rectangular in form and section and has a slightly rounded inner frame with protrusions to take a central pin bar. The buckles is similar to examples 635 and 636 in Whitehead, R. 'Buckles' dates to 1660-1720 and is probably a shoe buckle.
