Medieval? copper alloy bar 41mm long and 9mm deep. The object is in good condition with a green/brown patina and weighs 5.83grams. The object consists of a central open circle 8mm in diameter. This is flanked on either side by a bar made up of semi-circular shapes which have splayed terminals. One side appears complete and has two semi-circles which terminate in a straight edge, whilst the other side has one and a half semi-circles. There are small traces of gilding in patches. The object resembles a purse bar or some sort of swivel fitting but I can't find a parallel.

It consists of part of a circular sectioned wing with the upper part of a rectangular shaped and curved bow. The bow is decorated with a series of vertical depressions running its length. The brooch is similar to examples in Hattatt, R. A visual catalogue of ancient brooches, page 306, fig 165 and is dated to the first century.

A mid Bronze Age copper-alloy leaf-shaped razor. 93mm long, 27mmm wide and 3mm thick with a weight of 19.33grams. The razor has a leaf-shaped (pointed oval) form with a projecting rectangular cross-sectioned tang at one end. The blade runs the length of each side and is intact at its upper pointed edge, but damaged along the sides. It has a pronounced angular mid rib visible on one face and just a hint of a rib on the other. The tang is bent round to form a hook like shape and is not pierced as in some cases. The nearest comparable example is WAW-878535, the object dates to 2,150-1…

It has a circular cross sectioned, rectangular shaped hollow headplate which sits above a flat backplate. This has a circular upper half and a trapezoidal shpaed lower half. The reverse of this section houses the catchplate which is sub rectangular in form. The top part has traces of possible tinning/silvering on its surface, but the object appears to be misssing a front plate as there are no traces of decoration?

Post medieval lead cloth seal. 14mm in length, 12mm wide and 3mm thick with a weight of 1.91grams. The seal is circular and formed of two discs now incomplete which would have been joined by a short rectangular strip. Obverse inscription reads I?-/160-/ C N. This could be a match for the seal of Thomas Lane (TL) 1603 or Joshua Culey (IC) , 1606 Mayors of Norwich. Reverse image may be of a lion or a portculis? Egan, G. Its upper half has a spilt end to house the strap and this is damaged. Below that the object has slightly rounded sides and it then tapers in width and becomes thicker, terminating in a possible animal head terminal? this is now extremely worn. The object is probably a Thomas class B1 or B2.

Roman ? silver gilt ring fragment, 11mm long, 8mm wide and 3mm thick with a weight of 1.24g. The object comprises about half the bezel of a signet type ring. It is triangular in form and D shaped in cross section. Its wide broken end has a curved recess to take an intaglio and the upper surface is decorated on each edge with a wide concave band which is gilded and inside this is a narrow incised line. These converge as the object narrows to its loop. This is probably matches by a similar one around the edge of the bezel. The object is very worn.
