Roman? copper alloy Cosmetic or surgical implement fragment? 28mm long and 13mm in diameter. The object is in fair condition woth a green patina and weighs 11.69grams. The object begins with a rectangular protrusion which has snapped off at an angle. below this is a sub-spherical section which sits above a protruding collar. The object then becomes trapezoidal in form while remaining cricular in section. This has a circular sectioned shaft base in the centre of its base. The object is most likely a Roman cosmetic or surgical implement.
