Late Iron Age to Roman copper alloy Colchester type bow brooch, 65mm long, 21mm wide and weighing 12.20 grams. The brooch is plain with short open wings containing a spring of seven coils. The curved bow is sub circular in section and tapers to a point and has a raised tapering area protruding from the spring and down the centre of the upper part of the bow. Traces of a catchplate 16mm long are just visible and the upper part of the pin survives.

Late Iron age/early Roman copper alloy le Tene III brooch, 51mm long, 26mm wide and 5mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a green patina and weighs 7.82grams. The object is missing its spring and pin. It has a sub circular section and is curved. Its lower edge flattens out into an incomplete catchplate, which has a triangular form and part of a circular hole visible near its broken edge. The upper part of the brooch narrows and it has snapped just where it begins to curl back on itself to form the spring. The brooch matches example 12 in Fig.149 in Hattatt's ancient brooches.

Late Iron age/early Roman copper alloy Le Tene III brooch, 40mm long, 12mm wide and 3mm thick. The brooch is in fair condition with a brown patina and weighs 3.58grams. The brooch has a distinct one piece spring and upper pin which has a circular section. Its bow is slightly curved and near its base the brooch becomes sub-rectangular in section. It has snapped off at the begining of the catchplate and there is no trace of the pin.

Iron age le tene II type brooch? measures 46mm long, 6mm wide, 2mm thick . The brooch is in fair condition with a green patina and weighs 1.3 grams. The object consists of a wire which is folded over its self to form a circular loop, this is then attached to itself half way down its length just above a small bulge. The object is very similar to a Le tene type II, except that all publsihed examples have a catchplate where this example has a sub circular loop?

The bow is 3mm in diameter and begins with a circular form, flattening out to form a flat catchplate with semi-circular ridge running down its outer edge, which is 36mm long and 8mm wide, this has a circular recess which was probably part of a circular hole. The spring is made up of 3 circular sectioned coils but appears to be missing at least half.

Late Iron Age to early Roman (25-60 AD) copper alloy Colchester type brooch. It is 45mm long and 6mm wide. The brooch is in fair condition with a brown patina and consists of very narrow rectangular sectioned wings. From these protrudes the forward hook which is folded over the top of the brooch and down the top of the bow and also a small section of the spring. The bow is circular in section and bulges slightly near its middle before tapering to a point. There are traces of a large catchplate with possible cut outs.

Late Iron age/early Roman copper alloy Langton Down type brooch, 24mm long, 21mm wide and 8mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a green/brown patina and weighs 5.87grams. The brooch consists of a hollow circular wing, 7mm in diameter, with a small recess in its reverse which holds the remains of a circular sectioned pin. The bow is wide and flat and tapers inwards. It is decorated with five vertical incised lines. It has snapped off cleanly about halfway down its length.

The object is in two pieces the largest, making up most of the brooch, measures 55mm long, 43mm wide and 7mm thick. the smaller piece which represents the foot measures 46mm long, 18mm wide and 8mm thick. The form is similar to a bow brooch with wide arms to hold a spring and a curved, bow shaped body. The arms on this brooch curve inwards instead of being flat and the foot is a splayed leaf shape.
